As a Senior Associate in the investment team, Sofia Daskovskaia supports the entire investment cycle, from researching and executing acquisitions to portfolio management and exits.

Before joining Elvaston, she worked at NIBC Bank, where she was involved in sourcing and executing structured finance transactions in the FinTech, leasing, and factoring sectors. Prior to that, she worked in corporate coverage at BNP Paribas and equity research at Victoria Partners.

Sofia Daskovskaia holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
