           I. Type of processing or use of your personal data

We use the personal data you provide to us during the entire application process (e.g. in cover letters, CVs, references, application questionnaires, applicant interviews). In addition, we may process personal data that we have permissibly obtained from publicly accessible sources (e.g. professional social networks), from recruitment agencies or contact with references. The data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 88 DSGVO, § 26 para. 1 p. 1 BDSG for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure ("decision on the establishment of an employment relationship"). The data may also include special categories of personal data (such as health data, religious affiliation, degree of disability), insofar as you have provided us with these voluntarily. In this respect, the data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 88 DSGVO, § 26 para. 3 BDSG. However, we would like to evaluate all applicants only according to their qualifications and therefore ask you to refrain from providing such information in the application if possible.

 

             II. Deletion of your personal data

We will delete your data as follows:
