Marco Gutzeit has been with Elvaston since 2025. As a Director, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to sustainably enhance the value of portfolio companies.

Before joining Elvaston, he spent over nine years as a member of the management team of a leading ERP provider for the chemical and pharmaceutical process industries. In this role, he gained extensive experience in strategic corporate management, initiating and executing growth programs, and optimizing operational processes. In the subsequent three years, Marco Gutzeit assumed the role of Managing Director at dibac Software GmbH, a specialized ERP provider for the chemical process industry, taking full responsibility for the strategic and operational direction of the company.

Marco successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, with a particular focus on controlling, financial management, and strategic corporate management.
