German Sklyarsky
Manager
As Manager, German Sklyarsky supports portfolio companies in strategy development and value creation.
Prior to joining Elvaston, he worked with the Aviv Group’s investment team, executing investments in digital companies and operationally managing the existing portfolio. Before that, he worked as a consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, advising international corporations on growth strategies and private equity clients on acquisitions and divestitures of portfolio companies. During his studies, German gained initial experience in private equity at Triton and ProSiebenSat.1, in management consulting at Roland Berger, and in investment banking at IKB.
German Sklyarsky holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris and an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
