Dr. Thomas Keul
Managing Partner
Thomas Keul is one of the two founding partners of Elvaston. Together with Oliver Thum, he holds overall responsibility for Elvaston's investment strategy and is in charge of structuring various acquisitions and funds. Additionally, he oversees Elvaston's capital formation activities.
As a partner at internationally active law firms, he previously managed numerous company sales, equity financings, and restructurings, bringing extensive experience in advising medium-sized companies and their shareholders. He is a member of various advisory boards and serves on the board of the non-profit Lucia-Loeser Foundation.
After studying law at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg, Free University of Berlin, and the University of Toulouse, he earned his doctorate in antitrust law at the Free University of Berlin.
