Adrian Cremer
Managing Director, Head of Finance & Risk
As Head of Finance & Risk, Adrian Cremer is responsible for reporting, compliance, fund and risk control, as well as the financial aspects of portfolio companies, including bank financing.
He has more than 25 years of relevant experience in these areas. Before joining Elvaston, he worked in leveraged finance at Société Générale, where he led end-to-end origination and execution of LBO financings in the DACH and CEE regions. Previously, he worked at Jefferies Financial Group and IKB Deutsche Industriebank, focusing on leveraged finance transactions. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank, conducting leveraged buyout and acquisition financings.
Adrian Cremer holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).
