Adrian Cremer
Managing Director, Head of Finance & Risk
Adrian Cremer joined Elvaston in 2021. As the Head of Finance and Risk, he is responsible for reporting, compliance, fund and risk controlling as well as for financial matters in portfolio companies, such as bank financing.
He has 19 years of relevant experience. Prior to joining Elvaston, he worked for seven years in Leveraged Finance at Société Générale, where he led the end-to-end origination and execution of LBO financings in the DACH and CEE regions. Prior to that, he spent two years at Jefferies Financial Group as well as one year at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, focusing on leveraged finance transactions. He started his career in 2001 at UBS Investment Bank, where he executed private equity leveraged buyout financings and corporate acquisition financings.
Adrian Cremer holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).
