Olga Knyazkova joined Elvaston in 2022. As a Senior Associate, she supports portfolio companies in strategy development and value creation.

Prior to joining Elvaston, she started in strategic consulting at Accenture and Bayer Inhouse Consulting. Olga participated in various transformation projects in both the operational and commercial areas.

For the last 5 years, she has been dedicated to the development of fintech start-ups. Here, Olga has focused her scope of activities on the growth phase of LIQID Asset Management GmbH and Upvest GmbH.

Olga Knyazkova holds an MSc in International Management at Otto-von-Guericke University.
