Senior Associate
Christoph Seiler joined Elvaston in 2023. As a Senior Associate he supports the partners throughout the investment cycle, from sourcing and execution of an acquisition to portfolio management and exit.
He has 6 years of relevant experience. Prior to joining Elvaston, he worked as M&A Manager for Schwarz Group, supporting the IT transformation of Europe’s largest retailer through various international acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked at the U.S. M&A advisory firm Baird, where he supported private equity-owned SMEs in Germany and the UK throughout their sales processes. Additionally, he has obtained initial transaction experience working in the M&A team of Deutsche Bank and the private equity investment team of AUCTUS Capital Partners.
Christoph Seiler holds an MSc in Finance from University of Mannheim and a BBA in International Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
