Christoph Seiler supports the investment team throughout the entire investment cycle, from sourcing and executing acquisitions to portfolio management and exits, and independently manages portfolio companies.
Before joining Elvaston, he worked as an M&A Manager for the Schwarz Group, where he supported the IT transformation of Europe's largest retail chain through corporate acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked at the U.S. M&A advisory firm Baird, managing sales processes for private equity-backed mid-sized companies in Germany and the UK. Additionally, he gained initial transaction experience in the M&A team at Deutsche Bank and the investment team at AUCTUS Capital Partners.
Christoph Seiler holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Mannheim and a BBA in International Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
