Santosh Dönmez joined Elvaston at 2023. As an Associate, he supports the portfolio companies in strategy development and value creation.
Prior to his joining, he worked as a Strategy Associate at SellerX, a leading global e-commerce aggregator, and at Axel Springer hy. In both cases, he was responsible for the development and implementation of internal and external strategy projects. His professional career began with positions at Fidelity International in the area of internal restructuring and transformation. Santosh has also gained initial experience in risk consulting for financial institutions at KPMG in Frankfurt a. M. and investment experience at Capnamic Ventures, a venture capital fund specialising in B2B SaaS in Cologne.
Santosh holds an MSc in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
